What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and facilitate scalable learning experiences that build leadership, engagement, and lasting behavior change, while partnering with organizations committed to intentional development and measurable outcomes.

I founded Creating Bridges Over Barriers, where I design interactive leadership, resilience, and personal-growth programs for middle and high school students. I use gamification and ongoing mentorship to turn learning into practical skill-building.

Across Downtown Women’s Center, Briggs & Stratton, and Alverno College, I’ve led recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and leadership development. At Briggs & Stratton, I supported 300–400 employees and coached 20+ leaders monthly to reinforce performance outcomes.

I bring an HR and talent-development background to building learning systems that sustain growth. As a speaker and mentor, I partner with educators and organizations to create authentic connections and measurable development outcomes.
