Managed candidate background checks in First Advantage to support hiring decisions and generated hiring eligibility and risk assessment reports for retail leadership. Created an Associate Relations training handbook, collaborated with staffing/legal to meet nationwide hiring standards, and maintained accuracy and confidentiality during high-volume onboarding operations.

Designed and optimized a work order tracking system to support a 75-acre venue. Coordinated project schedules and progress updates, trained 20+ employees on operational workflows, supported job fairs and recruitment initiatives, and maintained HRIS databases with accurate employee information.

Upheld a $2M annual store operation during high-demand pandemic conditions and conducted safety/compliance inspections across five store locations. Audited performance review documentation for accuracy and consistency, delivered high-quality customer service through team coordination, and monitored contractor retention trends to strengthen customer relationships.

Supported 63 students, including international students from seven countries, by providing individualized resources for social and academic success. Interviewed and assessed 20 prospects, communicated university campaigns via bulletins/newsletters, and planned and hosted 30+ resident programs focused on engagement and development.
