Amy Tedesco
@amytedesco
Employee experience specialist driving onboarding, learning, and engagement through data-informed program design.
What I'm looking for
I am an employee experience specialist with deep experience designing onboarding, recognition, and development programs that strengthen culture and retention. I lead end-to-end initiatives—managing vendors, LMS operations, communications, and logistics—while centering equity and accessibility.
At MEMIC, I designed a six-month onboarding program, chaired the organization-wide Recognition Committee reviewing 700+ nominations, co-facilitated management training for 100+ supervisors, and used engagement data to recommend improvements that lowered attrition. Previously, I built performance reporting and SOPs in subrogation and scaled professional development programs in higher education to boost retention dramatically.
I hold an M.S. in Human Development & Family Studies, multiple Predictive Index and training certifications, and I bring a collaborative, data-driven approach to creating inclusive learning experiences that connect employees to organizational values.
