What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture and delivery, building secure, scalable ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD solutions through automation, integrations, platform governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've led enterprise-wide ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM implementations at Haithem Tech for a Fortune 100 healthcare organization. I architect scalable, secure solutions across CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, integrations, and platform governance.

I direct integrations with Workday, Azure, Salesforce, and legacy systems using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs, while managing cross-functional development and administration teams. I've also implemented Agile delivery methods and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

Previously at Edison & Black, I delivered ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and custom applications for healthcare, finance, and telecom clients. I translated client requirements into technical solutions, built workflows and integrations, and created executive dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics.

I began at BetterCloud building ITSM processes, custom applications, workflow automation, and incident-management enhancements that improved ticket triage efficiency.
