What I'm looking for

I'm interested in leading strategic L&D work that improves workforce performance, enables adoption of AI and digital transformation, develops leaders, and builds scalable learning and knowledge systems.

I lead Learning & Development at Brinks Home, aligning workforce capability, training delivery, learning technology, and knowledge management with organizational priorities.

I partner with Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Digital, and Technology leaders to diagnose performance needs and support enterprise transformation involving AI-enabled tools, virtual agents, customer experience platforms, and digital workflows. I oversee learning from needs analysis through design, implementation, facilitator readiness, evaluation, governance, and continuous improvement.

I lead teams responsible for instructional design, project management, facilitator readiness, and training delivery across employee populations. I also own internal and external knowledge ecosystems supported through Zendesk and Contentful and guide LMS strategy, administration, measurement, personalization, and accessibility.

Previously, I led learning design and development at Brinks Home, including Brinks Home University, SAP Litmos LMS administration, and the SharePoint intranet. My background also includes instructional design, technical support, wireless network management at AirWatch by VMware, and operating a technology services business.
