What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can design and deliver scalable learning solutions, partner with SMEs, and prove ROI through evaluation—using strong learning technology, clear knowledge management, and a focus on measurable behavior change.

I’m a Learning & Development professional with over 10 years of experience spanning instructional design, technical training, and leadership development. I design instructionally sound learning solutions using the ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning principles to align with business goals and improve team performance.

I partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging modules, delivering blended learning through e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual training. From LMS management (Docebo, Litmos) and CMS-based knowledge sharing (SharePoint, Confluence) to evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels, I focus on measurable impact—alongside knowledge management, SOP standardization, and process improvements that support retention and continuity.
