@jonathanbeaty
I build inclusive internship and employment pathways for students with disabilities.
What I'm looking for
At the University of Central Florida, I oversee on-campus work experiences and community-based integrated internships and employment for students with intellectual disabilities. I build employer relationships and provide support that helps students and employers create successful work experiences.
Previously, I led Access Services at Nashville State Community College, managing a six-person team supporting students across six campuses. I developed accommodation procedures, training, and policies, managed the department budget, and maintained ADA compliance for nearly 300 students.
At Western Kentucky University, I helped develop educational and social programs for 65 students, evaluated learning materials, coordinated program logistics, and delivered professional development for faculty and staff.
My work is grounded in workforce development, disability inclusion, community partnerships, employer engagement, and programs that create meaningful opportunities for students and communities.
