What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead disability-focused program development, manage grants and compliance, and grow inclusive outreach that uses community voices to advance health equity through durable partnerships and policy-aligned systems change.

I’m an inclusive, impact-driven nonprofit leader with over 10 years of experience in outreach, education, grantwriting, and staff coordination, grounded in lived experience with disability. I specialize in amplifying disability representation in health research, promoting wellness equity, and advancing intersectional advocacy.

As an Engagement Coordinator, I co-facilitate multimodal evaluation work with the Ford Foundation’s USDR Portfolio and spearhead national outreach for the All of Us Research Program Speaker’s Bureau to increase disability representation through targeted partnerships and inclusive engagement. I curate, moderate, and facilitate webinar series that elevate underrepresented voices—including a national panel on Long COVID—while developing digital content and coordinating weekly subcommittee meetings aligned to health equity goals.

Earlier, I served as a Development Specialist, advocating for equitable aging and wellness through grant narratives and strengthening program sustainability through intersectional proposal development, resulting in consistent $200K+ funding annually. I also designed and implemented a grant compliance tracking system to streamline reporting and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, and I built lasting donor relationships through clear, impact-driven communications.
