What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead inclusive education, youth development, or workforce programs where I can connect students and families with meaningful learning, community resources, and career pathways.

At BIW, I lead high school workforce development initiatives that connect local students with regional career pathways. I coordinate educational outreach, partner with educators to align curriculum with industry skills, and expand career and technical education opportunities.

I've spent 15 years delivering individualized K-12 special education instruction, developing IEPs, and creating supportive classrooms that promote academic growth, social-emotional learning, and self-advocacy. I also directed childcare and youth programming at a local YMCA, overseeing operations, staff, safety compliance, curriculum, and family partnerships.
