I’m looking for a fintech or marketplace team where I can own product delivery and growth: align stakeholders, run discovery and experimentation, and drive measurable results through analytics, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.

I’m a Senior Project Manager focused on fintech, marketing, and e-commerce growth, combining product thinking with measurable execution. I’ve led multi-channel go-to-market work and cross-functional delivery to scale audiences, conversion, and revenue.

At Unibank Corporate Banking OJSC, I owned product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Investment-as-a-Service and uForex. I coordinated sprint/release execution with a cross-functional squad of 10, ran discovery (interviews, journey mapping, funnel analysis), built an API-first platform, and onboarded 5 fintech partners in Azerbaijan.

Previously, as Co-founder and Business Lead at Smor.az / Start-up, I owned the growth roadmap and marketing strategy—scaling the marketplace to 228,000 visitors, 6,280 gross orders, and strong organic conversion. I also improved onboarding activation from 2 business days to 3 minutes 40 seconds, increased client engagement by 45% and retention by 60% through in-app notifications, and strengthened performance with experimentation and analytics across campaigns, cohorts, and funnels.
