I’m looking to lead full-funnel growth for DTC subscriptions—owning lifecycle strategy, CRM architecture, and email/automation systems. I want a team that values experimentation, measurable subscriber economics (LTV/CAC/churn), and cross-channel coordination.

I’m a full-funnel DTC marketer building retention infrastructure that compounds over time—driving lower churn, higher LTV, and stronger subscriber economics. I grew email from 6% to 24% of total revenue, delivered a 52% AOV uplift through an integrated Q4 campaign, and launched a new market to $236K in year one.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Access Brand Management, I architected a fully integrated Q4 campaign calendar and led cross-channel execution that drove peak day orders 5× above benchmark. I directed 10+ Klaviyo automated journeys end-to-end, and implemented a Recharge cancellation save flow to stabilize return customer rates at 84–89% from 73%, while reducing return value 90% year on year.
