What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-ready work where I can own executive calendars, reporting, and process-building. I want a team that values confidentiality, calm execution, and structured workflows—and helps me grow from EA into marketing operations support.

I’m a detail-driven Executive Assistant with 2 years supporting founders and remote operators, including primary support for CogniVet since 2024. I take ownership of calendar and meeting management, document structuring, cross-functional communication, and recurring performance reporting—so leadership always knows what’s next.

I’m comfortable operating with minimal direction. When priorities shift or information is messy, I identify the next right step, close the loop, and rebuild disorganized records into structured, trackable workflows across multiple concurrent client accounts.

I also support travel coordination, email triage, and follow-up actions while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client information.
