I implemented a company-wide time and attendance tool, supported its adoption with cross-department training and processes, and created a dashboard for gathering insights. I also use AI to help automate processes and improve efficiency.
At BLUEROOM PRODUCTIONS, I built HR, Payroll, and operational processes and dashboards from the ground up. I worked across finance, marketing, and production to create sustainable, scalable processes and analyzed operations to identify inefficiencies.
Earlier, at ADP STREAMLINE, I managed payroll vendors across EU countries and standardized payroll processes. At AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES and XEROX, I worked on payroll operations and HR, Payroll, and Recruitment process transformation. I hold a Business Studies Degree and a COPC Implementation Leader credential.
