What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead EMEA or global payroll for a multinational, with regular international travel.

At Remote, I lead the Spain Payroll Operations team of 7 specialists, delivering payroll for 5,000 employees across Global Payroll and EOR services. I run payroll audits and process reviews to strengthen accuracy and service delivery.

At Parser Digital, I audited payroll across 6 countries and redesigned workflows. I reorganised the payroll and reporting team, aligned the service catalogue with business needs, and cut reporting time by more than 97.5%.

At CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel), I built and led a 17-FTE HR Administration and Payroll team serving 3,200 employees in 20+ EMEA countries. I also led a global payroll consolidation programme covering 60+ entities in 45+ countries and designed Power BI Payroll Key Controls that cut control time by up to 87.5%.

Across my payroll and HR operations work, I’ve managed multi-country payroll, vendor governance, audits and service delivery. I’m looking to lead EMEA or global payroll for a multinational, and I’m based in Madrid and open to regular international travel.
