I am a seasoned HR professional with over 11 years of experience in international organizations, specializing in payroll operations and HR support. I have a proven track record of ensuring accurate payroll processing, implementing process improvements, and leading teams across global settings.

After taking a career break to pursue a degree in psychology and improve my data analysis skills, I am now looking for a technical role to leverage my problem-solving and analytical skills in a diverse and inclusive team environment. My experience in HR has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior, conflict resolution, and statistics.

I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new role, where I can apply my knowledge of data analysis, HR operations, and team leadership to drive business success.
