I’m looking for an opportunity in Spain where I can lead People Analytics and HR decision-making with KPI dashboards, support operational continuity, and execute projects in an Agile way—while contributing data-driven administrative management and measurable outcomes.

I’m a results-driven People Analytics, Human Resources, and Project Management professional. I bring solid experience in data analysis, process optimization, and strategic decision-making to help teams make faster, smarter people and operational choices.

In my Jr. Business Analyst work, I supported 4 software implementation and improvement projects, leading data analysis for a multicultural team of 40 under Agile methodology. I built an Excel dashboard to track backlog tasks and KPIs (including performance, execution time, and team productivity), adopted in 3 out of 4 projects to standardize progress tracking, and I monitored monthly project budgets while managing staff vacation scheduling.
