My old role as a Verizon Customer Service Agent was I deliver technical support and billing assistance through inbound calls. I navigate dual-system setups—including VPN configuration and browser-based tools—to resolve issues efficiently, while using tools like Slack and internal platforms to collaborate with my team.

Earlier, I worked as a Behavioral Health Associate, providing trauma-informed care and emotional support to residential children transitioning from treatment. I used de-escalation, active listening, and crisis intervention techniques, monitored behavioral patterns, and supported individualized consequences aligned with facility protocols.
