I’m a client onboarding and operations specialist who builds and maintains workflow systems that stay “clean” from first conversation through an active client relationship. My focus is reliable CRM hygiene, scheduling, documentation, follow-up, and clear workflow handoffs.

As a Senior Tech Lead / Director of AI Automation (2023–2026), I built and operated production workflows across CRM, scheduling, forms, payment/subscription records, spreadsheets, reporting outputs, and Slack/ClickUp routing—along with AI-assisted review paths. I debugged live automation and reporting failures by inspecting source records, workflow executions, generated artifacts, and downstream records, then verifying corrections through readback.

Earlier, as an Owner / Automation Lead (2013–2023), I owned customer-facing operations for a fitness and nutrition business—connecting lead management, client communication, spreadsheets, scheduling, and follow-up. That small-business ownership background keeps my approach practical: clear communication, durable processes, and the right amount of automation used as process-improvement evidence, not an overtechnical pitch.
