I’m looking to scale a Data, AI, or Analytics platform in LATAM—owning P&L and GTM, building partner ecosystems, and closing complex enterprise deals with solution selling, long-cycle discipline, and measurable ARR impact.

I’m an Enterprise Sales & GTM leader who helps global technology companies “launch, grow, and win” in Latin America by turning enterprise execution, strategic partnerships, and disciplined go-to-market into measurable revenue. With 20+ years across telecom, IT, BPO, and data intelligence, I’m focused on winning complex, long-cycle deals in high-friction environments.

At Actian, I own full P&L and regional go-to-market for the Actian Data Intelligence Platform across LatAm, targeting enterprise accounts in data governance, data catalog, data lineage, and observability. I exceeded regional sales quota by 25% (2023/2024), generating $2.2M in ARR, built and managed a $22.5M pipeline across 12 countries, and reduced the average sales cycle by 50% through targeted solution selling and ROI-driven proposals.

I build partner ecosystems to scale faster—growing a regional network of 18+ SIs and resellers and expanding indirect revenue contribution to 85% of total LatAm bookings. I’ve also positioned Actian as a market leader in LatAm by winning competitive displacements against IBM, Collibra, Alation, Palantir, and Pentaho.

Beyond sales leadership, I bring “clarity on how to turn knowledge into decisions” through Knowledge @ Business, and I share that mindset through entrepreneurship and strategy instruction as an Assistant Professor at FGV. I also contribute through advisory work at HUB+—bridging private sector and government to support innovation, mentorship, and LATAM market entry.
