At Dane Street, I administer access across Okta, Google Workspace, and Active Directory while managing the macOS fleet through Jamf Pro. I investigate Google Workspace, SentinelOne, and Arctic Wolf alerts, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage Cisco Meraki security policies.

I've led company-wide vulnerability remediation following NetSPI assessments, deployed SentinelOne through Jamf Pro, and driven macOS patch upgrades to address high-severity vulnerabilities. I also support a company-wide RingCentral-to-Zoom Phone migration by distributing applications and managing user access.

Previously at Cook Technology, I installed and supported switches, Ethernet runs, patch panels, and end-user systems. At Wells Fargo, I completed an information security trainee program with exposure to Google Chronicle, CrowdStrike Falcon, log review, threat detection, and incident-response procedures.

I'm continuing to grow across IT support, networking, and information security, bringing experience with endpoint security, identity administration, network troubleshooting, and HIPAA-regulated environments.
