What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a 100% fully remote cybersecurity, information security, or information technology position where I can apply security operations, identity and access management, network troubleshooting, and enterprise user support experience.

I've supported enterprise users at RTX through Pomeroy Technologies, resolving login, MFA, PKI, RSA SecurID, FIDO token, VPN, BitLocker, Office 365, mobile-device, and network-connectivity issues remotely.

At the Arizona Department of Economic Security through VIVA USA, I handled password resets, account lockouts, Active Directory permissions, Azure Active Directory, VPN, VDI, Okta, Zscaler, Google Workspace, and AS400 support. I also documented tickets using ITIL methodologies and enterprise ITSM tools.

At Banner Health, I worked on the Identity Access Management team, creating NextGen accounts and credentials for medical professionals and managing data in Active Directory.

I've also upgraded hotel servers and workstations, installed patches, used SQL scripts and SQL Server Management Studio, created database backups, configured firewalls, and provided remote technical support. I'm pursuing a fully remote cybersecurity, information security, or IT role.
