I'm looking to grow in cloud security, IAM, and endpoint security while applying my enterprise support, identity troubleshooting, VDI validation, and access-management experience.

At OneMain Financial, I deliver Level 2 deskside support across a 10,000-user MSP environment spanning Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Citrix DaaS, and enterprise hardware.

I'm one of three technicians trusted to validate Citrix DaaS VDI images before production rollout. I've closed 490 multi-domain tickets in eight months while resolving identity, endpoint, branch network, and access issues.

I build practical IAM and cloud security capability through an Entra ID tenant lab with dynamic groups, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, least privilege, and emergency-access planning. My cloud projects include AWS VPC architecture, Splunk monitoring, and a Google Cloud banking security audit.

I'm focused on identity troubleshooting, endpoint security, and reliable end-user access. I bring experience with Entra ID, Okta, Azure, Intune, ServiceNow, and customer-focused enterprise support.
