At EPS I maintained server reliability for corrugated plants, performed electrical cabinet diagnostics with PLCs and Cisco devices, and collaborated with software and API teams using SQL and database tools. At Ricoh I provided advanced product support, performing component replacements, color calibration, pre-press file proofing, and DFE/network integration using Active Directory and Windows Server tools.
