I’m a problem-solving, customer-focused IT professional with experience in network engineering, system administration, and end-user support. I provide Tier 1/2/3 support across diverse environments, resolving hardware, software, and remote access issues while keeping communication clear through phone, email, and remote sessions.

In my current Network Engineer role, I implement Single Sign-On solutions, administer Microsoft 365, and manage Group Policy and Azure/Entra administration to improve security and reliability. I also use PowerShell for systems management and compliance, leverage Microsoft Intune to deploy 100+ PCs, and administer enterprise firewalls and network environments. Previously, as a Support Engineer, I supported 75+ clients, managed SCCM/MECM, documented knowledge-base solutions, and contributed to infrastructure upgrade planning and deployments—always with an emphasis on timely resolutions and durable documentation.
