Led Solvace’s transition to SDLC 2.0, establishing a scalable discovery-to-release operating model that enabled near-daily releases and improved delivery predictability. Built a product intelligence engine from Customer Success/Support data and integrated LLM-powered AI Agents to accelerate PRD, user story, and technical documentation cycles.

Owned Product for SaaS offerings targeting PMF across CRM, ERP, and Blockchain, defining feature success metrics and incorporating discovery (interviews, benchmarking, research) into execution. Implemented CI/CD daily release automation, observability practices, and an MCP-enabled LLM workflow for support diagnosis and resolution, plus Power BI dashboards to measure feature outcomes.

Managed support teams for LATAM-focused, systems-based applications largely built on .NET architecture, coordinating with stakeholders across Latin America, the USA, and India.

Served as Scrum Master for a streaming digital product delivered using SAFe, supporting three squads (Design, Android, iOS) and contributing to feature releases over 12 sprints and 3 PI Plannings.

Supervised support for local applications across North, Center, and South America and led a data-driven continuous improvement approach in an agile environment. Migrated end-of-life applications and set up CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Jenkins, and GitLab.

Managed delivery of an Oracle BI ecosystem for a Brazilian government judiciary institution (Tribunal Regional do Trabalho 4 Região), overseeing hardware preparation/installation, Oracle software installation, license validation, and training for business and technical teams.

Led projects integrating SAP and Salesforce using SOA architecture with IBM Information Bus and DataStage, and supported sprint releases for SharePoint + Microsoft EPM solutions.
