What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a People Operations opportunity where I can bring a customer-focused approach, support the full employee lifecycle, and develop my HR expertise through broader exposure to people processes.

I've supported the full employee lifecycle at St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel and Kingfisher SEC, coordinating recruitment, inductions, onboarding, offboarding, vetting, employee records, and HR queries. I work carefully across HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, HCMToGo, and Guard House.
