What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in a growing HR function where I can bring analytical rigour, process improvement, stakeholder management, and compliant employee lifecycle support.

I'm currently supporting People Services at the BBC, managing end-to-end onboarding and recruitment administration across multiple divisions using SAP and SAP SuccessFactors. I complete around 40 pre-employment due diligence cases each week while maintaining GDPR-compliant, audit-ready records.

Across Irwin Mitchell and Halfords, I've advised managers on absence, probation, recruitment policy, right-to-work compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. I also supported 200+ live vacancies per month across Halfords' 600+ UK retail locations and produced workforce reports to inform planning.

My earlier roles at Randstad and Amazon built my experience in high-volume case management, stakeholder coordination, coaching, and operational improvement. I'm CIPD Level 7 qualified with an MSc in Human Resource Management, and I bring analytical rigour and practical process focus to HR teams.
