What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing sales role where I can grow accounts, strengthen product communication, and use my customer service and administration experience to deliver reliable results and support smooth day-to-day operations.

I’m a client-focused and adaptable sales professional with widespread transferable skills across sales and marketing, customer service, and administration. I’m known for being approachable and for improving communication by staying knowledgeable about company products.

Since July 2017, I’ve worked as a Field sales officer at Bingwa Sacco Limited, where I circulate among potential customers to answer questions about product features and benefits. I’ve improved my sales presentation skills and increased new accounts from 3 a week to 10 weekly.

Earlier roles strengthened my ability to support customers and keep operations organized, including customer advisory work at Barclays Bank of Kenya and administrative leadership at Calista Creations. I update social media, enter client contacts into a database, manage filing systems, and organize events—often successfully even in the director’s absence.
