In remote operations roles, I process high-volume order queues by verifying documentation accuracy and compliance requirements across multiple integrated platforms. I manage order communications and status updates to coordinate internal teams and external contacts for timely fulfillment.

One of my standout impacts came from identifying slow-moving workflow queues as an operational bottleneck. By initiating conversations with pharmacy leadership, I helped co-develop a six-month pilot program that resulted in a dedicated specialist team and measurably faster workflow throughput.

I’m also a strong training and documentation partner: as the sole pilot team member selected for training delivery, I co-developed original training materials, job aids, cheat sheets, and SOPs.
