I focus on consultative selling, strong client retention, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In my current role as a Senior Sales Manager, I lead strategic sales initiatives to drive group, corporate, and local business revenue growth. I consistently exceed quarterly sales goals through proactive prospecting, strategic account management, and relationship-driven execution, while using CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and optimize performance.

Previously, as an Associate Director of Sales, I led and coached a sales team to exceed room-night and revenue goals. I partnered with sales and revenue leadership on pricing strategy and yield management, analyzed sales performance metrics and market trends, and created targeted sales blitz campaigns that increased group booking activity and market penetration.
