I've built a sales career around owning complex deals from first outreach through discovery, negotiation, and close. At YBC Langkawi, I completed 30+ high-consideration transactions and grew a client base from zero through repeat business and referrals.

I run consultative, cross-border sales cycles for clients across China, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, with deal values ranging from USD 20K to USD 350K. I translate buyer requirements into tailored recommendations and guide multi-stakeholder buyers through high-value decisions.

Previously, at Quah Brothers Ice Trading, I managed a fixed book of 500+ B2B and B2C accounts, consistently meeting volume targets while coordinating with fulfillment, logistics, and stock planning teams. My earlier training in luxury five-star kitchens at The Datai Langkawi and Tanjung Rhu Resort built the discipline and execution standards I bring to sales.

I'm now transitioning into SaaS and developer-tool sales, bringing full-cycle ownership, pipeline generation, consultative discovery, and direct Greater China market experience. I work independently in remote-first environments and communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
