I’m looking for a business development role where I can build partnerships, acquire and retain clients, and lead sales execution—using digital marketing, market research, and onboarding to drive growth in fintech or real estate.

I’m a Business Development and Sales professional with 6+ years of Malaysia experience across FinTech, Financial Services, Real Estate, and B2B Sales. I focus on turning market opportunities into results through strong client acquisition, relationship management, and disciplined execution.

As a Business Development Sales & Operations Manager, I managed overall office operations and ensured smooth daily administrative and operational workflows. I also led and supervised team members, supporting improved discipline and collaboration, and I contributed to business objectives through onboarding and training for new sales representatives.

Previously as a Business Development Manager, I managed client relationships while maintaining high customer satisfaction. I developed new business opportunities using digital marketing and social media, educated clients on financial products and trading platforms, and worked closely with internal teams to improve client onboarding and retention.

Earlier in my career, I built repeat business and strong customer relationships as a Sales Executive—demonstrating product knowledge, analyzing customer needs, and delivering thorough after-sales support (including auto exhibitions and roadshows for quality leads). I also worked as a Property Agent, introducing houses, supporting loan documentation, and using online advertising and roadshows to generate listings, alongside earlier roles in customer service, clerical paperwork, and tutoring.
