What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can combine IT support and infrastructure, data analysis, dashboards, databases, and artificial intelligence to improve controls, decision-making, and service continuity.

I've supported public-sector monitoring and oversight at Brazil's Ministry of Justice and Public Security, building Excel and Power BI controls, dashboards, indicators, and reports for contracts, fund transfers, and administrative instruments. I also coordinated multidisciplinary teams and standardized technical documentation and workflows.

My background spans Level 1–3 support, Windows Server, Linux, networks, databases, and systems implementation, alongside WordPress, Python, Google Ads, and metrics analysis. I'm continuing postgraduate and MBA studies in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and cloud computing, with projects focused on public contract management and open data.
