I developed Reporta, a Smart City platform that connects residents with municipal administrations to report and track urban infrastructure issues. It includes a municipal dashboard for triaging and prioritizing requests by geolocation.
In freelance projects with TechLog Soluções / Workana, I developed Excel and VBA automations and Python scripts for invoice audits, financial reconciliations, and operational reports. I also managed data flows in SAP, RM, and SGI systems.
With Nexus Digital / Workana, I planned and ran paid traffic campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads. I also automated performance reporting with Excel and Python scripts to consolidate sales and campaign metrics.
For CEBRASPE / IDECAN exams, I configured and tested computers and local networks, resolved technical incidents, and provided specialized support as a reader and transcriber for candidates with disabilities. I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Universidade Estácio and am pursuing postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity there.
