What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead secure, high-impact data, BI, architecture, and analytics initiatives where I can turn complex operational data into actionable intelligence and build reliable platforms at scale.

At IAFIS Group, I built and operated Business Intelligence solutions for Brazil's Federal Police in cooperation with INTERPOL, turning biometric, criminal, border-control, and civil-record data into executive dashboards used for national public-safety decisions. I led the full data lifecycle—from requirements and KPI definition through dimensional modeling, ETL pipelines, data quality, and Power BI and Tableau delivery.

Over 13 years, I managed mission-critical Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Versant databases containing hundreds of millions of classified records, delivering zero data loss and zero unplanned downtime. I've also supported strategic government projects across seven Latin American countries and apply Python, Spark, cloud platforms, and machine learning to predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and scalable data engineering.
