In my recent role as a Customer Service Representative for a telco account, I handled billing inquiries, account concerns, and service issues. I resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction, and I support customers through account updates, payment processing, and troubleshooting.

I work with daily performance expectations, including AHT, CSAT, and attendance compliance. I bring a problem-solving mindset to every interaction and use negotiation, relationship management, and attention to detail to keep customers informed and supported.

Alongside my customer service experience, I’ve built leadership and presentation capabilities through being a research group leader and presenting findings during final defense. I also bring adaptability and fast learning habits that help me grow quickly in professional settings.
