I am a technical support engineer with extensive experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues for both consumer and enterprise customers.
I have supported NetApp ONTAP, VxRail, VMware vSphere/ESXi, and Active Directory while working on SAN/NAS, clustering, RAID, HA and performance at Concentrix, IBM, Microsoft and Dell.
Earlier in my career I provided end-user support for Vaio, Slingbox and ATT customers and ran an independent computer technician and graphic design service from 2012 to 2018, gaining broad hands-on troubleshooting experience.
I hold technical degrees in computer and networking technologies, am completing a software engineering degree at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and am pursuing CCNA certification; I seek technically challenging roles where I can continue learning and contribute to reliable infrastructure support.
