I'm currently supporting HPE and Aruba lab infrastructure at OTSI, installing and configuring servers, operating systems, network equipment, console servers, PDUs, and storage systems.
I rack, cable, maintain, and troubleshoot data center equipment while managing firmware updates, Aruba switching, connectivity, power balancing, and inventory.
At Dell Technologies, I owned enterprise technical support cases from investigation through escalation, analyzing cluster logs and troubleshooting storage and file-sharing environments using SMB, NFS, and NDMP.
Earlier, I administered Linux servers and virtual machines at Lightspeed Development, supporting DNS, IP management, load balancing, monitoring, Bash scripting, Jenkins, and backup and restore operations.
