What I'm looking for

I want a collaborative engineering team and a strong working environment where I can apply my data center skills and keep enhancing scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery. I’m also interested in learning data center AI technologies and getting certified.

I’m a Cisco TAC Engineer specializing in server virtualization and the full Cisco UCS stack, spanning C-Series and B-Series servers through fabric interconnects. In Tier 3 roles, I resolve high-priority technical issues involving network problems, hardware issues, configuration changes, storage, firmware management, and OS deployment, using live UCSM GUI/CLI troubleshooting or offline log analysis.

Alongside hands-on support, I’ve taken ownership of escalations and served as an active team lead when needed—also providing guidance to coworkers on advanced cases. I hold an active CCNP Certification (Routing and Switching), and after a planned career hiatus for family commitments, I’m fully prepared to return to a high-availability data center environment while building toward certifications in data center AI-related technologies.
