I’m looking for a remote-friendly role supporting senior leaders and operations—owning calendars, coordinating projects, managing CRM-based client communication, and using reporting/analysis to keep priorities clear and execution smooth.

I’m an Executive Assistant and Operations Support Professional with 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives and remote teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. I’m at my best when priorities are fast-moving and details still matter—especially in calendar management, documentation, and stakeholder follow-through.

In my recent role as Executive Assistant to an MD & Senior Partner at BCG X, I managed complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, improved scheduling efficiency, and ensured timely action completion. I also maintained and updated CRM records for 200+ client interactions, supporting accurate reporting and customer follow-up processes.
