Jennifer Stewart
@jenniferstewart2
Nonprofit leader driving justice reform, grants, and systems change.
What I'm looking for
I am a nonprofit leader with over 20 years bridging policy and practice across law enforcement, corrections, and justice reform. I combine strategic leadership with hands-on program delivery to improve public safety while reducing barriers for justice-involved individuals.
In senior roles I have led daily operations, supervised teams, and managed multi-million dollar grant portfolios with a focus on fiscal stewardship and grant compliance. I have developed and implemented evidence-based reentry and substance-abuse treatment programs adopted at the statewide level.
I have a proven track record building strategic coalitions with policymakers, community partners, and funders to advance systems change. My strengths include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and converting research and policy into operational programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
I bring a results-oriented, collaborative leadership style that emphasizes staff mentorship, accountability, and continuous improvement. I seek opportunities to scale effective reentry programming, strengthen organizational capacity, and advance equitable public-safety solutions.
