What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead strategic, data-driven organizational transformation—especially change and employee experience initiatives—building human-centered programs, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable adoption and engagement at enterprise scale.

I lead strategic, large-scale employee wellbeing and organizational transformation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. My work centers on data-driven decision-making and human-centered experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes.

As Executive Director of OHIO Wellness at Ohio University, I oversee an employee wellness program, wellness center, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation clinic with an organizational budget of over $2.8 Million and supervision of 130+ staff. I expanded services to 6 regional campuses and centers through online wellness portal, champions programming, and virtual offerings, resulting in 50% increased engagement, and I led holistic wellbeing platform RFP evaluation and 850K 5-year contract negotiations for 8,000+ employees and their spouses/partners.

I also bring change-management and culture-building strength from public, private, and nonprofit leadership. As Vice President for a roller derby board, I co-led 501c7 to 501c3 transitions, strengthened governance and operating structure, improved retention, and drove operational revenue growth—while Chairing shared governance efforts and conducting compensation-data assessments that supported morale initiatives and policy improvements.
