I seek a senior association or membership role with collaborative culture, clear growth metrics, and responsibility for membership, partnerships, and operational program delivery.

I am an experienced association and membership leader with a proven track record in driving revenue, retention, and strategic partnerships. I have built and executed membership and partnership programs that increased retention and exceeded revenue goals.

As Director of Membership & Partnerships at NCBA, I led strategic direction, budgeting, committee leadership, and staff management while implementing new programs and technology modules. I created the New Member Mentor Program and launched a Peer-to-Peer Renewal Campaign that improved renewal and retention performance.
