What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-driven, community-focused programs where I can align strategy and operations, build inclusive high-performing teams, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and deliver measurable outcomes for students and communities.

I've led education and community-based programs across Aim High and San Francisco Unified School District, turning strategic priorities into practical operations that support students, families, and staff.

As Site Director at Aim High, I co-lead a six-week summer academic program serving 180+ students and supervise 30+ staff members. I own day-to-day operations, staff training, scheduling, onboarding, professional development, and risk management.

At San Francisco Unified School District, I've managed Community Schools and Student Success grants, built partnerships with nonprofits and government agencies, and developed systems that improve service delivery. I also designed districtwide professional learning for hundreds of paraeducators and led virtual conferences and learning initiatives.

I'm energized by mission-driven work where inclusive teams, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence create measurable outcomes for communities.
