I’m a passionate, innovative, and creative professional with experience in non-profit leadership, program management, and education, which has fostered my love for community and the desire to meet and serve people where they are.
It is my mission to be a relentless seeker of knowledge and truth, while remaining grounded in authenticity, empathy, and community with others. I’m committed to leading with love, empowering myself and those around me to use their talents and passions to make the world a more beautiful and inclusive place for all.
My contributions reflect a dedication to innovation and advocacy in education, community impact, and criminal justice reform, supported by a background that marries leadership with hands-on program and staff development.
At Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), I direct vocational program operations across four sites and evaluate performance measures including enrollments, job placements, wages, and retention.
I supervise and mentor four Program Managers who oversee a regional vocational team of 20–25 staff. I also work with cross-functional leaders to align operational goals and meet project and contract milestones.
As Site Director in Oklahoma City, I oversaw daily operations for a 20-person team and managed an approximately $3 million budget supporting re-entry services for 300+ justice-impacted individuals annually. I built and maintained partnerships with local stakeholders and supported staff development.
Earlier at CEO, I supported agency operations as Program Manager and helped young adults navigate the program as a Career Navigator. Before that, I worked in education at OKC Public Schools as a GEAR UP for the PROMISE Site Facilitator and a Language Arts Teacher.
