@jenniferfoster
I am an educational research specialist translating mixed-methods research into scalable, grant-funded solutions.
What I'm looking for
I am an educational research specialist with over 14 years designing and conducting mixed-methods studies and randomized controlled trials to improve educational programs and technology integration. I have served as Principal Investigator and Project Director on multi-million-dollar U.S. Department of Education grants, leading the development and launch of the Prosocial and Active Learning (PAL) Classrooms program that scaled to 45 schools and impacted 2,000+ students and 100+ teachers.
I translate research into product and policy by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, managing grant compliance and budgets, and leading cross-functional teams. I train and mentor staff, administer Google Workspace and LMS platforms, present findings at national and international conferences, and am committed to scaling evidence-based SEL and instructional solutions.
