What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive process development and EHR/application improvements, build high-performing teams, and strengthen quality, compliance, and measurable patient outcomes through continuous, data-driven improvement.

I’m a process improvement and applications leader who turns root-cause analysis into measurable operational gains. I partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to modernize workflows, strengthen compliance, and improve the delivery of healthcare services.

Across my roles, I’ve negotiated funding and overseen major transitions like migrating on-prem servers to the cloud for a large Electronic Health Record. I also built the first quality assurance process for CDI Health, including clinical outcomes and operational scorecards, and implemented process improvement initiatives to raise the quality of care across 30 clinics.

From implementing the first EHR for paper-to-digital clinical operations to optimizing EHR for behavioral health services, I focus on sustainable performance—supported by strong teams, clear processes, and data-driven decision-making. My background also includes clinical program leadership, where I decreased hospitalization rates and improved KPIs across large facility networks by recruiting, mentoring, and scaling patient education initiatives.
