What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in reentry or workforce development where I can grow partnerships, manage grant-funded programs, mentor teams, and drive measurable employment outcomes for justice-involved individuals.

I am an accomplished executive specializing in reentry and prevention programs, leading service delivery across multiple New York State offices with budgets exceeding $20,000,000. I combine strategic leadership with empathy to build trust and accountability across teams.

I supervise and mentor staff—currently directing over 40 employees—manage grant compliance with federal and state funders, and conduct recruiting, onboarding, and disciplinary processes. I regularly engage funding officials and partners to ensure programmatic success.

I have a strong record building cross-sector partnerships with courts, district attorneys, community colleges, unions, and employer partners, including a successful memorandum of understanding with the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters that led to 20+ apprenticeship placements.
