What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dynamic, fast-paced customer service role where I can use communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and relationship-building skills to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization's success.

I've supported Fidelity Bank customers since 2022 by opening accounts, onboarding new customers, resolving account discrepancies, and recommending relevant banking products and services. My work contributed to a 15% improvement in problem resolution times.

Before moving into customer service, I interned in Fidelity Bank's Financial Control Department, supporting IFRS updates, financial statement variance analysis, disclosures, compliance reviews, and interim and final financial statements.

I've also built experience in accounting, sales, cash handling, reconciliations, customer support, and basic hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
