I want to join a growth-oriented team where I can use my outbound calling, CRM, and appointment-setting skills to drive qualified meetings, support customers confidently, and steadily improve results through fast feedback and strong processes.

I’m a telemarketer and sales/customer service specialist with over 5 years of experience working with US-based companies. I bring strong communication and persistence to outbound calling, customer engagement, appointment setting, and client relationship management through CRM tools.

In my recent roles, I’ve owned high-volume outreach and kept interactions organized end-to-end. As an Appointment setter / Customer service representative, I made and received over 100 calls daily using tools like Reply.io, Close App, Slack, and Calendly, consistently booking at least 7 meetings per week with store managers.

Earlier, I built rapport quickly in fast-paced cold calling environments—making over 100 calls daily as a telemarketer and appointment setter at Mail America, and reaching at least 200 prospects daily as a cold caller at Kenzel Benefits using Vici Dialer. I also handled customer support work remotely, guiding customers through the sales process and marking/scheduling orders using Sniper CRM.

Beyond sales and support, I’ve contributed to smooth operations as a Virtual assistant/customer support specialist by managing CEO correspondence, organizing calendars and appointments, updating CRM records, and taking action-focused meeting notes via Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
